FlangeGuardian™ Self-Adhesive Flange Protection

FlangeGuardian™ self-adhesive flange protectors are engineered to protect raised-face flanges from corrosion, mechanical damage, and internal debris during sandblasting, painting, storage, and transport. Each protector is precision cut to ASME / ANSI B16.5 flange dimensions to ensure proper fit and a clean, professional paint edge—without trimming or knives.

Designed to hold up to aggressive blast media, including shot blasting, FlangeGuardian™ eliminates the need for traditional taping or masking methods that waste time, leave residue, and increase labor costs. The water-based adhesive is safe for carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys, removes cleanly, and contains a VCI additive to help inhibit corrosion on the flange face.
